Individuals and organisations
Our courses are built in Flash. To view any course requires the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. This is a free download that can be found on Adobe’s official site.
Minimum browser requirements
- Flash Player 8 or later
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x / Firefox 1.x or later
Other Requirements Include:
- Internet Access at 56Kbps or better (ADSL recommended)
- Soundcard with attached speakers / headphone (not mandatory but required for sound)
- Colour monitor display with a minimum 800x600 resolution
- Keyboard and Mouse
Authorities and Java Runtime
In some instances, we supply authorities with a learning environment that requires Java Runtime Environment.
The latest version of Java is recommended. Make sure you uninstall current versions of Java that are installed before updating. For more information on Java, please see ‘How do I uninstall Java on my Windows computer?’ by visiting here. You can keep older versions of Java in case an application requires it, but for the latest version, which is advised, download it here.
