Derbyshire County Council will help their 1500 staff learn to use the new features and functionality in mosaic by requiring them to take the Me Learning frameworki to mosaic e-learning course.
Their 1500 frameworki users will move to mosaic in December 2014.
By using e-learning they are able to train all 1500 staff near to the transition date without having to organise and run large numbers of classroom courses.
This means staff wont be taken away from front-line services and will ensure there isn’t a large time gap between their training and using the new system.
