Information is everything. If you’re working to enable people, carers and families to take control of their care and support; and make well-informed choices about it, having the right information available is crucial. The right information and advice increases the ability to exercise choice and control. It is therefore a vital component in preventing or delaying the need for care and support which can give people a better quality of life for longer; and it’s crucial in delivering a duty of care in health and social care when people need it.£20.00 Per license (Exc VAT) Add to basket

Assessment and eligibility form a crucial part of this. The procedure allows people to understand their situation and access the right support at the right time. It’s a critical intervention in its own right and the key interaction between the individual and their local authority.£20.00 Per license (Exc VAT) Add to basket
