What is a course 'licence'?
A licence allows one learner 12 months access to the course content, any refresher guides and a CPD certified certificate awarded upon completion.

How do I buy courses for other people?
Simply select set ‘This order contains courses for other people?‘ to ‘Yes‘ on the checkout when purchasing courses for other people.
After purchase you can distribute course licences through the Licence management page. Licences are assigned via email address.

Assigning a licence to someone
- Click ‘Assign’ on a licence and enter the recipient email address. If the entered email address matches multiple training accounts, you have the option of creating a new training account using the same email by providing the first and last name of the new user. Note: We discourage using the same email address across multiple training accounts whenever possible.
- Click ‘Continue’ and an email will be sent to the recipient with instructions for accepting the course licence.
- At this stage, the licence status will change to ‘Pending’. When the recipient accepts the licence it will update to ‘Assigned’ and the recipient will be enrolled on the course.

Are there any discounts available?
We offer generous discounts to registered Charities and organisations looking to buy multiple licences.

When will I get access to the course?
Courses you buy for yourself through your purchasing account will be assigned to your training account automatically on purchase.
If you are purchasing from us for the first time, you will receive an email with a link to set your training account password. After your password is set you will be able to access your training account and purchased courses by clicking the green ‘Access my training’ button when signed into your purchased account.
If you have purchased from us before, you can manually link your purchasing account with your training account for quicker access to your training. This can be done through the ‘Linked accounts’ page and following these steps (Note – If you only have one training account which shares the same email address as your purchasing account, this will be automatically linked):
- Enter your training (Blue LMS) account username and password and click ‘Link accounts’.
- If successful, your purchasing and training accounts will be linked and you will be able to access your training account in one-click by clicking the green ‘Access my training’ button when logged into your purchasing account.

How do your courses work?
Our e-learning courses are designed to be engaging, informative and provide lasting knowledge of a subject. We achieve this using a combination of video, audio, imagery, quizzes, demonstrations and real world scenarios. What do I need to run a course?
You’ll need a desktop or laptop device with internet access to run courses that you’ve purchased through this website.
We recommend using Google Chrome, or alternatively Mozilla Firefox / Internet Explorer 11 or later.

Are your courses accredited?
Yes. Our courses are independently assessed and accredited by the CPD Certification Service.
Do you need to complete a course in one sitting?
No – you can return to the course at any time and continue where you left off.
How long does it take to complete a course?
You’ll find a ‘CPD hours’ value against each course; this is how long we estimate the course will take to complete. If you are using our free CPD module it will automatically record this time against your CPD account on completion of your course.
Do I get a certificate when I complete my course?
Yes – we automatically generate a personalised certificate when you pass the course, which is emailed to you as a PDF. Organisations can brand certificates with their own logos.
