In this six-module course, you’ll develop a full understanding of the importance of proper fluids and nutrition to general health.
All staff involved in the care of vulnerable adults should be able to recognise when a person is not eating or drinking properly and should be aware of basic food safety. As well as covering the knowledge element of the standard, this course gives advice in the form of real work scenarios to help the learner to put the knowledge into practice.
