Build the right climate for success with a tailored programme of learning to enhance technical competence with communication skills.
We work closely with organisations, teams and individuals to develop the skills they need to get better results in a business environment.
Our Perform programmes are tailored to meet your requirements and focus on the development of key skills so that you develop an authentic presence which gets results.
Business role play takes
learning beyond theory
We use highly experienced facilitators for roleplay, so participants are able to practice and refine their skills in a safe environment.
What our customers say
“I found the Workshop with Roger and his team fantastic. The way it was led, the content and the interaction and activities included in the day helped me challenge myself and think differently about my management style and approach.”
Improved performance feedback
At a leading financial institution, we are working to enhance the skills of 2000 participants in the delivery of formal and informal performance management conversations.
This 14-month programme of work, designed by our Head of Perform, Roger Ayres, is being rolled out by our team of 14 skilled facilitators, all experienced in providing in-the-moment feedback, facilitation and roleplay. This programme aligns a move to shift the culture at the firm, including the adoption of a new set of values.
Roleplay to select future partners
At a global law firm, we provide roleplay at an assessment centre for future partners as well as ongoing support for a broader cohort of leaders developing communication skills.
Particularly when working with future partners, it is essential that our facilitators have the skills to offer detailed, in-the-moment feedback and that they understand how to demonstrate these skills within a business context.
Also, our core leadership programme, designed to help participants maximise their impact at work, focuses on the use of mindset, body language and voice for communication as well as techniques to influence others. This was rated the firms’ most popular programme in the last 15 years by participants.
New starters get behavioural training
One of the ‘big four’ global professional services networks, relies on us to provide trainers and facilitators for their annual training for graduate entrants in the UK. Each year, we co-run a five week intensive training programme so new joiners build behavioural and technical skills to succeed in the workplace.
We work with new entrants working across all service lines – audit, tax, consultancy – and we work on an ad hoc basis to provide additional support on leadership skills and coaching across the business.

“Our trainers are also delighted that the digital suites provide a core foundation. This means they can focus virtual and classroom training on the more complex aspects and areas where our clients need more detailed and specialist support.”

“I don’t think we place sufficient emphasis yet on training in policing and we need to open our eyes to a smarter, digitally led style of learning, which is far more responsive to the needs of individual learners. Me Learning has been working extensively with other public sector organisations for 15 years on this and you can see in many sectors how using technology for learning has vastly improved training outcomes, abstractions and reduced the overall cost of training.”
Former Chief Constable,
“I have worked over a period of several months with the professionals from Me Learning and found them to be excellent in both their flexible approaches to solving complex problems and the way they approach challenges in a dynamic and proactive manner.”
