Here at Me Learning we strive to deliver quality customer commitment throughout all of our partnerships. Gathering, monitoring and analysing customer feedback allows us to do this.

The Me Learning team prioritises the use of feedback in all forms – we’re constantly trying to incrementally improve how we operate for both our customers and our employees.

E-learning feedback from customers is tracked by our Head of Digital Library and reviewed quarterly at product reviews.

Project feedback from customers is tracked by our Head of Project Management and discussed and actioned at every post-project review meeting.

All our customers have an account manager who they can also email with improvement suggestions and these are discussed at quarterly reviews.

To keep our customer data safe, we mandate company-wide annual e-learning. All employees undertake our full Information Security & GDPR e-learning suite to refresher their knowledge. We also employ Focus, an IT support company to complete phishing tests bi-annually. Employees that fail the phishing test are required to complete a 45-minute external e-learning course to refresh their memories. Each course has a mandatory pass-mark of 80% and learners are required to attain this mark before their training is deemed complete by their manager.
