Max sits within our New Sector sales team and primarily focuses on growth within Sports Hospitality & Leisure. Notably he has worked with industry experts to bring the Emotional Intelligence course for young athletes to life. Outside of work, you’ll find Max playing sports; everything from football and padel to even golf. Otherwise, he’s likely at The Joker enjoying “Wings Wednesday.”

With nearly a decade of experience in the not-for-profit and charity sector, Anna brings a wealth of insight to her role as Head of Digital Library. She’s been with Me Learning for almost 10 years and has worn many hats along the way, making her a true all-rounder and a valuable part of the team. Outside of work, Anna enjoys long walks with her Greek hound, Joni, and is a big fan of TV, film, and especially comedy.

Charlotte is an accomplished and strategic Head of Project Management at Me Learning, where she leads the delivery of complex projects that align with the company’s mission to provide outstanding learning solutions. With a strong emphasis on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence, Charlotte ensures that teams are empowered to meet project goals efficiently and effectively. Outside of work Charlotte likes to plan holidays and eat cheese.

Keyan O’Donnell
Keyan is a member of the Digital Library team at Me Learning. His role is customer-focused, with primary responsibilities centered on building and nurturing relationships with clients. This includes holding regular catch-ups with existing clients to ensure they are fully supported, as well as assisting new organisations in crafting tailored learning packages that meet their specific needs. Outside of work, Keyan enjoys playing video games—and even builds his own. He’s also an avid fan of live music, film, and photography. Ask him what his favourite game is!

Michael is one of our Senior Learning Designers, crafting creative and engaging learning experiences that make an impact. He’s always been passionate about learning – before joining us in 2022, he spent several years teaching in South Korea, Hong Kong, and here in the UK. A keen runner outside of the office, Michael clocked over 1,000 miles last year – though he’s still holding out on that first marathon!

She’s passionate about empowering others, collaborating with customers, and delivering engaging learning experiences. She champions inclusive, evidence-informed training grounded in research and real-world relevance. Outside of work, Sue brews her own kombucha, enjoys staying active, eating out, and embarking on woodland adventures with her family and dog.

Belle is our Senior Project Manager, guiding projects smoothly from start to finish. She joined Me Learning in August 2020, right in the middle of lockdown, and has been a key connection between customers and our internal teams ever since. Her calm, well-organised, and personable style ensures everything stays on track and runs smoothly. When she’s not managing projects, Belle enjoys baking sweet treats to share, keeping active, supporting women’s football, reading books & going on dog walks!

Scott Eager
Scott heads our service desk and support team, who work exceptionally hard to ensure every issue is not only responded to promptly, but is seen through to speedy resolution. A large part of what helps Me Learning stand out, with regards it’s support, is Scott’s personable and efficient approach, enabling us to have a first response time that falls just under 15 minutes. Outside of work, you will find Scott, if not out on his canoe or paddle board on the river Adur watching the local wildlife, playing squash or just enjoying walks in the local area.
