Outside of work, Martin loves the analogue joys of portrait and landscape art and year-round sea swimming.

Michael is one of our Senior Learning Designers, crafting creative and engaging learning experiences that make an impact. He’s always been passionate about learning – before joining us in 2022, he spent several years teaching in South Korea, Hong Kong, and here in the UK. A keen runner outside of the office, Michael clocked over 1,000 miles last year – though he’s still holding out on that first marathon!

During university, she gained hands-on experience by managing two major sporting grounds. Away from her desk, Leah can be found sea swimming (even when it’s chilly!) or enjoying the quieter moments of a cricket match.

Sue is our Head of Learning Production, driving the strategic vision and leading a talented group of learning designers. She’s passionate about empowering others, collaborating with customers, and delivering engaging learning experiences. She champions inclusive, evidence-informed training grounded in research and real-world relevance. Outside of work, Sue brews her own kombucha, enjoys staying active, eating out, and embarking on woodland adventures with her family and dog.

Starting her journey as Renewals Manager, Eva is now an Account Manager working closely with clients across the housing and local government sectors. She’s known for her positivity, can-do attitude, and unmistakable cowboy boots. Whether supporting customers or collaborating with the team, Eva is always ready to help. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping at M&S, a good book and eating almond croissants at her local coffee shop.

Having been with Me Learning for over a year, Georgia is our Renewals Manager, ensuring customers feel supported and valued throughout their journey with us. A typical morning for her starts with a cheese straw from the local café. Outside of work, she is happiest spending time with her horse, Fiasco, scaling climbing walls, or playing backgammon with her friends.

Anna Forsythe
With nearly a decade of experience in the not-for-profit and charity sector, Anna brings a wealth of insight to her role as Head of Digital Library. She’s been with Me Learning for almost 10 years and has worn many hats along the way, making her a true all-rounder and a valuable part of the team. Outside of work, Anna enjoys long walks with her Greek hound, Joni, and is a big fan of TV, film, and especially comedy.

Dominik Glinski
Dom focuses on continued growth within current markets through lead generation. He seeks opportunities to elevate Me Learning’s presence via multiple marketing avenues including email campaigns, social media, event planning and website management. He also support the organisation’s expansion into new sectors by developing ecosystems that identify pain points as well as key players within a certain sector. Outside of work you might find Dom gigging in Brighton/surrounding areas with his band Green Eye. They play Rock ‘N’ Roll. Keep an eye out!
