She’s passionate about empowering others, collaborating with customers, and delivering engaging learning experiences. She champions inclusive, evidence-informed training grounded in research and real-world relevance. Outside of work, Sue brews her own kombucha, enjoys staying active, eating out, and embarking on woodland adventures with her family and dog.

Sports, Hospitality and Leisure Lead
Max Blencowe
Max sits within our New Sector sales team and primarily focuses on growth within Sports Hospitality & Leisure. Notably he has worked with industry experts to bring the Emotional Intelligence course for young athletes to life. Outside of work, you’ll find Max playing sports; everything from football and padel to even golf. Otherwise, he’s likely at The Joker enjoying “Wings Wednesday.”

Lisa Lambert
Lisa’s primary responsibility is to ensure that employees are well-supported in their roles within the organisation. She develops and implement’s HR strategies, policies, and procedures. This includes recruitment, retention, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Her ultimate goal is to create a positive and productive work environment where employees can thrive. Lisa spends much of her weekends on the sidelines of various sporting pitches watching her 2 boys, walking the dog and has many charity commitments from running football clubs to Scouting assoc. to obligatory PTA events including weekend festivals!

Keyan O’Donnell
Keyan is a member of the Digital Library team at Me Learning. His role is customer-focused, with primary responsibilities centered on building and nurturing relationships with clients. This includes holding regular catch-ups with existing clients to ensure they are fully supported, as well as assisting new organisations in crafting tailored learning packages that meet their specific needs. Outside of work, Keyan enjoys playing video games—and even builds his own. He’s also an avid fan of live music, film, and photography. Ask him what his favourite game is!

With nearly a decade of experience in the not-for-profit and charity sector, Anna brings a wealth of insight to her role as Head of Digital Library. She’s been with Me Learning for almost 10 years and has worn many hats along the way, making her a true all-rounder and a valuable part of the team. Outside of work, Anna enjoys long walks with her Greek hound, Joni, and is a big fan of TV, film, and especially comedy.
