As a key part of the Service and Support Desk team, he offers practical expert help by phone, email, and ticketing—resolving issues with care and dedication. Outside of work, Louis loves all things tech, painting and creating art, going on long bike rides, and spending time with his kitten, Basil.

Shirley plays a key role in Me Learning’s expansion into new markets. In 2019, she began by driving our work into the Health and Emergency Services sector. She now helps our private sector clients with our innovative learning solutions especially when they want to do something different. Outside work, she dotes on her cats, enjoys time with her partner and her big family of 7 siblings, 16 nieces and nephews, 16 great-nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great nephew.

Ally Lundie
Starting his journey as a Graphic Designer, Ally has grown into his role as Head of Innovation & Product Design. Passionate about all things creative and forward-thinking, he’s the driving force behind our most cutting-edge learning solutions. Always ahead of industry trends, Ally ensures our products are not only innovative but genuinely impactful for learners and organisations alike. He also manages our website and design team, created the Me Learning brand identity, and brings hands-on technical expertise – writing the code that powers many of our digital innovations. Outside of work, you’ll find him in every good coffee shop on the south coast with his fiancée and daughter.

Lisa Lambert
Lisa’s primary responsibility is to ensure that employees are well-supported in their roles within the organisation. She develops and implement’s HR strategies, policies, and procedures. This includes recruitment, retention, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Her ultimate goal is to create a positive and productive work environment where employees can thrive. Lisa spends much of her weekends on the sidelines of various sporting pitches watching her 2 boys, walking the dog and has many charity commitments from running football clubs to Scouting assoc. to obligatory PTA events including weekend festivals!

Esme is an Illustrator/Designer. She’s worked on illustration and design projects for web, print and animation; working in a wide range of styles. At Me Learning she supports the Learning production team with course design and also helps the Marketing team with any graphics they may need. Outside of work Esme likes too draw and to spend lots of time with her cat Dusty.
