Martin has a rich background spanning 20 years in Project Management and User Experience design. He fosters a common understanding of the challenges we face with our products, consistently advocates for the users who use them, and enjoys simplifying and pragmatically solving issues as we develop the products. Outside of work, Martin loves the analogue joys of portrait and landscape art and year-round sea swimming.

Michael Simpson
Michael is one of our Senior Learning Designers, crafting creative and engaging learning experiences that make an impact. He’s always been passionate about learning – before joining us in 2022, he spent several years teaching in South Korea, Hong Kong, and here in the UK. A keen runner outside of the office, Michael clocked over 1,000 miles last year – though he’s still holding out on that first marathon!

Bringing a blend of Marketing expertise and Graphic Design flair, Anya works across all areas to keep Me Learning’s branding and communications sharp and consistent. She supports everything from PR and SEO to social media, email campaigns and events, bringing both creativity and strategy to the table. Outside of work, you’ll find her on long walks, lost in a good book, or searching for the perfect cheese scone.

Outside of work, Lauren is a qualified sports coach, a dedicated football fan, and a professional dancer.

With 14 years of experience working in local government and now 9 years here at Me Learning, John has a track record of helping councils adopt smarter, more accessible staff development programmes and to deliver effective, scalable training that meets both regulatory needs and workforce demands. Outside of work John enjoys the great outdoors, whether walking his dog or, as a keen photographer, capturing landscapes and wildlife.

Zoe brings years of experience working in hospitality to her role at Me Learning, along with a natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships. She enjoys getting stuck into her work and working with colleagues across the business. Outside of work, Zoe still has a soft spot for the pub – although these days her visits are purely for pleasure and she’s always up for a good chat.

During university, she gained hands-on experience by managing two major sporting grounds. Away from her desk, Leah can be found sea swimming (even when it’s chilly!) or enjoying the quieter moments of a cricket match.
