Shirley Berry
Shirley plays a key role in Me Learning’s expansion into new markets. In 2019, she began by driving our work into the Health and Emergency Services sector. She now helps our private sector clients with our innovative learning solutions especially when they want to do something different. Outside work, she dotes on her cats, enjoys time with her partner and her big family of 7 siblings, 16 nieces and nephews, 16 great-nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great nephew.

Alexandra How
Alex plays a key role in Me Learning’s finance function, making sure the numbers add up and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From invoicing customers, processing supplier payments to handling employee pay, tax returns and financial statements, she supports a wide range of teams across the business. Whether it’s a regular task or a one-off finance query, Alex is always happy to help. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with her dog Rolo, making celebration cakes and travelling to new places for adventures.

Michael Simpson
Michael is one of our Senior Learning Designers, crafting creative and engaging learning experiences that make an impact. He’s always been passionate about learning – before joining us in 2022, he spent several years teaching in South Korea, Hong Kong, and here in the UK. A keen runner outside of the office, Michael clocked over 1,000 miles last year – though he’s still holding out on that first marathon!

With a background in social media and a sharp understanding of audience engagement, she plays a key role in developing new leads and helping us connect with new sectors. Outside of work, Lauren is a qualified sports coach, a dedicated football fan, and a professional dancer.

Neil Pearson
Neil is a Senior Learning Designer who has been at Me Learning since 2012. He scripts, designs and builds our digital learning courses, working closely with customers to ensure we deliver exactly what they and their learners need. He loves talking to customers remotely, or visiting them on site if needed. He enjoys history, computer gaming and reading chunky novels – and lives in a village in the South Downs with his wife, daughter, cat and a three-legged dog.

Dominik Glinski
Dom focuses on continued growth within current markets through lead generation. He seeks opportunities to elevate Me Learning’s presence via multiple marketing avenues including email campaigns, social media, event planning and website management. He also support the organisation’s expansion into new sectors by developing ecosystems that identify pain points as well as key players within a certain sector. Outside of work you might find Dom gigging in Brighton/surrounding areas with his band Green Eye. They play Rock ‘N’ Roll. Keep an eye out!

Louis Del-Smith
Louis plays a vital role in shaping our customer support experience, making sure new and existing customers feel truly supported. As a key part of the Service and Support Desk team, he offers practical expert help by phone, email, and ticketing—resolving issues with care and dedication. Outside of work, Louis loves all things tech, painting and creating art, going on long bike rides, and spending time with his kitten, Basil.
