Outside of work, Sue brews her own kombucha, enjoys staying active, eating out, and embarking on woodland adventures with her family and dog.

Martin has a rich background spanning 20 years in Project Management and User Experience design. He fosters a common understanding of the challenges we face with our products, consistently advocates for the users who use them, and enjoys simplifying and pragmatically solving issues as we develop the products. Outside of work, Martin loves the analogue joys of portrait and landscape art and year-round sea swimming.

Ian is a key part of our Senior Leadership Team. His day-to-day involves hands-on leadership of our Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring profitable revenue and creating competitive advantages for Me Learning. He focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients while opening doors to new markets. Ian first joined in 2019 to lead our expansion into newer sectors and drive our ambitious growth targets. Known for his sharp number sense and unshakable drive, he also loves travel, great food, and is always up for a good adventure.

Alexandra How
Alex plays a key role in Me Learning’s finance function, making sure the numbers add up and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From invoicing customers, processing supplier payments to handling employee pay, tax returns and financial statements, she supports a wide range of teams across the business. Whether it’s a regular task or a one-off finance query, Alex is always happy to help. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with her dog Rolo, making celebration cakes and travelling to new places for adventures.

Starting her journey as Renewals Manager, Eva is now an Account Manager working closely with clients across the housing and local government sectors. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping at M&S, a good book and eating almond croissants at her local coffee shop.
