He’s always been passionate about learning – before joining us in 2022, he spent several years teaching in South Korea, Hong Kong, and here in the UK. A keen runner outside of the office, Michael clocked over 1,000 miles last year – though he’s still holding out on that first marathon!

With a strong emphasis on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence, Charlotte ensures that teams are empowered to meet project goals efficiently and effectively. Outside of work Charlotte likes to plan holidays and eat cheese.

Esme is an Illustrator/Designer. She’s worked on illustration and design projects for web, print and animation; working in a wide range of styles. At Me Learning she supports the Learning production team with course design and also helps the Marketing team with any graphics they may need. Outside of work Esme likes too draw and to spend lots of time with her cat Dusty.

Thia Richards
Thia keeps our finance wheels turning. From managing credits, raising invoices, chasing payments with a smile, and ensuring suppliers are paid on time. She’s reliable, detail-oriented and a very essential part of the finance team. Outside of work, she enjoys long dog walks, yoga, pilates, and powering through tough PT sessions. And when it’s time to unwind, she loves hosting and entertaining friends and family at home.

With 14 years of experience working in local government and now 9 years here at Me Learning, John has a track record of helping councils adopt smarter, more accessible staff development programmes and to deliver effective, scalable training that meets both regulatory needs and workforce demands. Outside of work John enjoys the great outdoors, whether walking his dog or, as a keen photographer, capturing landscapes and wildlife.

Lauren joins us as our Sales and Account Executive at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. With a background in social media and a sharp understanding of audience engagement, she plays a key role in developing new leads and helping us connect with new sectors. Outside of work, Lauren is a qualified sports coach, a dedicated football fan, and a professional dancer.

Shirley Berry
Shirley plays a key role in Me Learning’s expansion into new markets. In 2019, she began by driving our work into the Health and Emergency Services sector. She now helps our private sector clients with our innovative learning solutions especially when they want to do something different. Outside work, she dotes on her cats, enjoys time with her partner and her big family of 7 siblings, 16 nieces and nephews, 16 great-nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great nephew.

Martin Janes
Martin has a rich background spanning 20 years in Project Management and User Experience design. He fosters a common understanding of the challenges we face with our products, consistently advocates for the users who use them, and enjoys simplifying and pragmatically solving issues as we develop the products. Outside of work, Martin loves the analogue joys of portrait and landscape art and year-round sea swimming.
