Training for music teams
Music organisations can cover an unusually broad range of responsibilities, so learning needs to be flexible too.
Our learning is shaped by evidence. Research carried out with the University of Sussex found Me Learning’s e-learning packages to be effective and validated the techniques we use, including bite-sized content and active learning approaches designed to help people understand, retain and apply what they learn.

How we can help
From permanent teams to contractors, volunteers and seasonal staff, music brings together people with different roles, responsibilities and learning needs. We make it easier to give them relevant, accessible training.
Learning built for festival teams
Behind every festival is a workforce made up of different people, roles and levels of experience. Permanent staff may be working alongside contractors, volunteers and seasonal workers, all of whom may need to understand your expectations, procedures and ways of working quickly.

Supporting safer environments
We recently worked with It’s a Penalty, an organisation tackling abuse, exploitation and human trafficking, to create a mobile-friendly digital experience for the International Football tournement this summer. The experience helped users recognise concerns and quickly report what they had seen from their phone.
The same approach could support live events too, combining safeguarding or welfare guidance with a simple way for staff or attendees to flag concerns, incidents or potentially harmful substances on site.
The experience could combine guidance and learning with a reporting function, giving teams a more direct route from recognising a problem to doing something about it. The festival campaign explicitly proposes this kind of application.
