This month we’ve made a number of improvements to our e-learning courses, with updated and modernised course content ensuring that your learning experience is the best it can be.
Our “Safeguarding Children with Disabilities” course is now Flash-free and includes updated imagery, references and statistics. We have also included more interactivity to improve the learner experience. You’ll be able to enjoy this course on more devices as a result of the update to HTML5 format. Read more.
We have also introduced a new module titled ‘CLMO Authorise Service Purchase DP – Non PB’ which is available to those customers using our Servelec HSC Mosaic e-learning. It is a tutorial that covers authorising a non-personal budget care package – which complements our existing tutorial on authorising a personal care packages.
