In this course, you’ll explore what mental health means in sport and physical activity settings, the pressures that can affect players, coaches, officials, volunteers and staff, and how poor mental health can show up on and off the field. You’ll learn how to spot signs, challenge stigma, support others appropriately, and signpost to help in a safe and compassionate way.
