Founded by Corinna Leng and Moe McKinney, The Eco Group rebranded as “Tree Learning” in 2022. Since then, the team has grown to four like-minded individuals united by a shared ambition, not only to ensure Me Learning operates sustainably as a business, but also to make a positive difference in the wider community. Meet the team below and discover what inspired each of them to join the movement.

LEAVES – How we’re doing it
Alongside our Sustainability Strategy Objective, we created the LEAVES acronym. It represents the principles we work by every day. It serves as a reminder that sustainability isn’t just a policy for us; it’s woven into our culture, decision-making, and the way we do business.
We aim to be a forward-thinking organisation, proactively addressing the climate emergency and leading by example. By putting our vision into practice within Me Learning, we hope to inspire other businesses to take meaningful steps of their own.
Through LEAVES, we are committed to showing that even small, consistent actions can lead to significant change, creating a ripple effect that benefits both our communities and the planet.
🍃Learn as much as we can about how to deliver social value
🍃Evolve our actions to best help local initiatives
🍃Actively direct Me Learning to be greener where we can
🍃Voice our concerns when we think something needs changing
🍃Ensure everyone feels included
🍃Strive for progress, not perfection

Green Activites Tracker
It’s fair to say there are a few competitive spirits here at Me Learning. With that in mind, we introduced the tracker — a fun and motivating way to embed a more environmentally conscious culture while recognising and rewarding individual efforts.
The tracker turns everyday sustainable actions into opportunities to earn points and climb the leaderboard, making eco-friendly choices both engaging and rewarding. It’s about turning positive habits into friendly competition, inspiring everyone to do their part.
Some activites that can get you points on the leaderboard include:
- Take part in a charity event (run for life, beach clean-up, etc) 30
- Change to a sustainable product alternative 10
- Walk or bike to a location you would usually drive or take public transport to 5
- Cut out your use of a single-use plastic 5
- Grow your own fruits/veggies
