Me Learning clients now have access to innovative technology which enables software users to learn as they explore applications.
Thanks to a new partnership with leading digital adoption platform (DAP) provider, Newired, we are offering clients the option of contextual guidance, layered onto software applications to guide users through functionality.
This additional tool in the digital transformation armoury gives our clients greater choice on how to train users on software applications. It is particularly well suited to web-based software and can dramatically reduce the time it takes users to learn system functionality. We are providing the Newired DAP either as a standalone solution or blended with our other learning options such as digital tutorials, trainer-led virtual or classroom learning, and digital floor walking.
We chose to partner with Newired because of their exceptionally high ranking on safety and security of client data and their alignment to our values and ways of working. Their platform is highly customisable and they have a good track record when it comes to helping clients reduce the number of support requests being managed by in house teams. It is also a particularly attractive option for software vendors seeking a more automated approach to the onboarding of new customers.
As well as access to Newired’s technology, Me Learning provides a comprehensive support package called Orient8, which provides a wraparound of services to help clients manage the implementation. This includes access to Me Learning’s software learning experts, planning and project management resources, technical resources and includes ongoing support via our UK-based helpdesk.
