How we can help
Me Learning is transforming the way software training and support is conducted for healthcare systems. We work across entire health and care organisations and with their partners, deep into departments and across services.
Supporting the health sector when it matters most
We work with health organisations to embed digital learning and accelerate transformation across their workforce.
Here’s how we’ve made a difference:
A major software adoption solution for technology systems
When Arden & GEM, a leading NHS Commissioning Support Unit, were in search of a solution that ensured their primary care clients had access to the skills and knowledge they need to use two common software systems, they turned to Me Learning.
The training needed to be suitable for existing staff and support new starters joining those same GP practices in the future. Arden & GEM’s trainers also wanted to remove the repetitive aspects of training delivery, so they could focus their attention on the things that needed their expertise.
We created digital learning tutorials to support the use of SystmOne and Emis Web for more than 450 primary care practices in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, Lincolnshire, and Essex, supported by Arden & GEM. This provided consistent training across the entire Arden & GEM primary care customer base, reducing pressure on its help desk and improving utilisation of its expert training resources.
Cutting-edge training to support system optimisation at DCHS
Derbyshire Community Health Services (DCHS) NHS Foundation Trust were looking for a learning solution to help them achieve consistent adoption of new ways of working across eight different sites for two large-scale optimisation programmes related to their SystmOne solution. The optimisations covered Therapy, Nursing and Documentation services and workstreams.
They turned to Me Learning in partnership with Channel 3 Consulting to enable them to meet tight timescales, without compromising on the quality of the learner experience. We designed, developed and delivered a blended solution comprising digital and virtual learning, which provided them an opportunity to learn new processes in a familiar environment that reflected the live system, giving them a chance to build confidence ahead of the go-live.
How to ensure a smoother implementation and quicker adoption of software
Me Learning is working in partnership with Black Pear Software, to create, develop and deliver blended awareness, communications, engagement and learning solutions to support the roll out of a major system upgrade, commissioned by NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board (ICB). The upgrade is part of the SIDeR+ programme provides on-demand shared care records and a suite of shared care forms and care plans.
Me Learning’s overall objective is create innovative solutions that help the SIDeR+ team achieve full adoption of the Black Pear software, so they can maximise benefits and further improve patient experience, treatment and outcomes.
With over 2,200 users working in different sectors and service lines across the entire ICB, the awareness and learning solutions need to cater for a wide variety of roles and tech-confidence levels, for existing and future employees.
Me Learning will use cutting-edge tools and techniques to engage learners and help them gain the knowledge they need to support them in their role. These innovative blended solutions will ensure the right balance between scale, pace, sustainability and opportunities for peer engagement and confidence building.
Empowering Pharma Professionals to optimise processes
When a global biopharmaceutical company introduces a new way of working, this requires meticulous planning and execution. They wanted a digital training package which would empower medical and healthcare professionals to work more collaboratively, optimise processes, and deliver exceptional care solutions to those in need.
We worked with our client to develop an innovative digital learning solution, aimed at fostering a cohesive understanding on Agile, an outcome that was in line with their transformation goals.
